Check-in and check-out
Check-in is after 3 PM and check-out is 10 AM, Cozumel time. Stays are three nights minimum.
Payment
A 50% deposit reserves your dates. The remaining 50% is due 20 days before arrival. We accept PayPal, credit card and checks.
Cancellations
Cancel 60 or more days before arrival with no penalty. Within 60 days, the advance payment and deposit are forfeited. Monthly stays need 120 days' notice.
Security deposit
A $500 refundable deposit applies to stays under 29 days. It is returned within 30 days when the home is left undamaged, nothing is missing and keys are left on the kitchen table.
Guests, pets and smoking
Maximum eight guests unless approved ($20 per extra person per night). The house is non-smoking, with ashtrays outside. Pets need prior approval and an extra deposit.
What's included
Linens, beach towels, pool maintenance, beach equipment, bicycles and electronics. Daily maid service on weekly stays and weekly cleaning on monthly stays.
Liability
The owners assume no responsibility for accidents, injuries or lost personal belongings.
