Three rooms, each with its own bath

The downstairs bedroom is perfect for three singles or three children. Its walls are hand-painted with an underwater scene, and it has its own entrance, garden and gate. It can be locked off to rent the home as a two-bedroom, and also works as live-in staff quarters.

Decorated in Caribbean colors, the Seashell is usually set up as a king: two twin mattresses pushed together with a mattress filler, so it's quite comfortable. They can also be split into two twin beds. The bathroom has a glass counter with inlaid shells and a large walk-in shower.

The largest bedroom is decorated in earth tones and rich browns, with arched windows and its own sofa seating area. The shower has a large rain head over a hand-laid rock floor.
